DAMAC Hills (Akoya by DAMAC) also just referred to as DAMAC Hills is located in the heart of Dubailand. Its master developer is DAMAC Properties, best known for conceptualising and completing several luxury residential, commercial and mixed-use projects in the GCC. Spanning 42 million sq. ft., DAMAC Hills is home to a variety of mix-use properties. It is located on Al Qudra Road (D63) and features townhouses, villas and apartments beside retail, sports, spa, wellness and leisure facilities. The community is composed of three major parts, Akoya Park, Akoya Drive and the Trump International Golf Club. Akoya Park is a massive 4 million sq. ft. park featuring tranquil villas, walkways and small waterways. Akoya Drive is proposed to be a strip of high-end restaurants, retail shops and family entertainment offerings. Akoya Drive is inspired by Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills and Champs Elysees in Paris.
